Job Role:

This role is based within the Herefordshire Region. RGN Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses will support the team with daily duties and report to the Team Leader.

To qualify, you must have a degree in nursing and at least 6 months of experience in an NHS setting.

You will be responsible, with support, for managing a client caseload with associated support needs, maintaining up-to-date client records, and acting in accordance with NMC standards.

Provide professional nursing assessments, undertake clinical procedures, and coordinate care plans, working in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and effective communication.

Previous nursing experience and qualifications are essential.
