We are seeking dedicated nurses in Leek!
Our Nursing and Care teams are vital to our success, supporting residents and giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are in good hands.
Responsibilities include assessing client care needs, providing health supervision, and direct nursing care as required.
Assess social and health care needs of new clients, maintaining ongoing assessments and reviews.
Ensure care plans are completed and maintained in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policies.
Administer prescribed medicines, documenting in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
Practice integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial matters, avoiding abuse of privileged relationships.
Supervise and instruct junior staff, providing guidance and support.
Attend mandatory training sessions as required.
Maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when needed.
