Job Description:

Job Role: This role is based within the Bristol and South West Region. The RGN Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses will support the team with day-to-day duties and report to the Team Leader.

As an RGN Band 5 or Band 6 Nurse, you must have a nursing degree and at least 6 months of solid NHS experience. You will be responsible for managing a client caseload with support, maintaining up-to-date client records, acting in accordance with NMC requirements, providing nursing assessments, undertaking clinical procedures, and coordinating care plans.

This role is busy and fast-paced; you should work calmly and communicate effectively with staff and patients. Employers value a friendly, caring attitude and respect for those needing healthcare support.

Previous nursing experience and qualifications are essential.
