Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RGN)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home located in Downham Market, Norfolk. This role is with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This facility offers accommodation and care for residents, including nursing and dementia care services.

Qualifications: Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

1. Assess residents' needs accurately and prioritize care accordingly.
2. Administer medication and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.
3. Maintain and complete care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
4. Report health issues and coordinate GP or professional visits as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a care setting.
• Empathy, understanding, and awareness of the client group’s needs.
• Strong time management and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• At least 1 year of NMC registration.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of GBP22.50 per hour, totaling up to GBP51,480 annually. We offer both day and night shifts, with benefits including:
