We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

You will support of the Global Omni-Sales Excellence (OX) function and the markets to drive net revenue, gross margin, and trade budget management via a cohesive universal planning & TPM suite. The individual will be responsible for automating the net pricing reports, maintaining accurate net pricing targets, and improve global adherence to Trade Investment (TI) governance, while supporting the Planning and TPM lead. This individual will also support the Must Stock List (MSL) planning, execution and reporting automation in OX product suite.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

• Maintain accurate net pricing targets by PPG across Reckitt’s portfolio, in alignment with global trade marketing organisation.
• Develop the automated net pricing compliance with connection to reporting and planning product suites.
• Embed the net pricing compliance product on top of external pricing reports to view profit pools and progress by customer/product.
• Continuously drive net price compliance improvement projects with markets.
• Design/execute an Automated MSL (Must Stock List) compliance product across OX Product stream that will cover across planning, executing and reporting MSL compliance scores, aggregable to brand / customer / geography levels, to enable corrective actions in the field while providing visibility to management.

The experience we're looking for

• Commercial experience and/or understanding of P&L principles, ideally with experience through previous roles of managing Trade Strategy.
• Strong Commercial finance background either with experience in Sales, Sales Finance or exposure to Financial planning products from a commercial perspective.
• Experience of working with RGM products either in IMEX or OX.
• Ideally a role in Commercial IMEx Functions to obtain experience of 4P impacts on the P&L.
• Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Sales systems software experience)
• High levels of diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail and/or standard processes
• Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills
• Confident interaction at all levels within the Reckitt organisations
• Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills to enable efficient working between across markets
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating

• Experience of ownership of reporting/analytic tools is preferred
