Job Description:

A leading fund manager is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join them on an initial 12-month FTC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Proposals and be responsible for completing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, and pension consultants’ questionnaires, while strictly adhering to compliance rules.
• Maintain the RFP database library and ensure it is up to date.
• Collaborate with investment managers, business development, client relationship management, product specialists, and other units to gather and present information/data efficiently.
• Share information proactively with the wider Marketing, Product & Distribution department.
• Build effective working relationships with team members globally.
• Perform other project or ad hoc work as required.

The role requires:

• At least two years of experience in an RFP role within Asset Management, covering multiple product types. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in writing for an investment audience and some knowledge of different asset classes is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
