Job Description:

A leading fund manager is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join them on an initial 12-month FTC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Proposals, responsible for completing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, and to pension consultants’ questionnaires, adhering to compliance rules.
• Maintain and update the RFP database library.
• Coordinate with investment managers, business development, client relationship management, product specialists, and other units to gather and present information/data efficiently.
• Share information proactively with the Marketing, Product & Distribution department.
• Build effective relationships with global team members.
• Complete other projects or tasks as required.

The role requires:

• At least two years of experience in an RFP role within Asset Management, covering multiple product types. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience writing for an investment audience and understanding of different asset classes is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
