Job Description:

A leading fund manager is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join them on an initial 12-month FTC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Proposals and be responsible for completing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, including pension consultants’ questionnaires, while strictly following compliance rules.
• Keep the RFP database library updated.
• Coordinate with investment managers, business development, client relationship management, product specialists, and other units to gather and present information/data efficiently.
• Share information proactively with the wider Marketing, Product & Distribution department.
• Build effective working relationships with team members globally.
• Perform other project or ad hoc tasks as required.

The role requires:

• At least two years of experience in an RFP role within Asset Management, covering multiple product types. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience writing for an investment audience and some knowledge of different asset classes is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
