Job description

A west end based investment management firm is looking to recruit a senior RFP candidate. This is a new hire to build out their team in London. As the business becomes more institutional focused, they are looking for a senior writer to improve their processes and produce quality RFPs.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manager and deliver RFP focused projects
2. Complete RFPs, DDQs, DDDs and pro-formas
3. Provide sales support for all fund and company related information requests
4. Co-ordinate with the sales teams on content, context, nuances, deadlines and client needs
5. Liaise with all company departments to complete and help peer review RFPs and DDQs
6. Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of PMAPS
7. Work closely with senior stakeholders across the Distribution business

Candidate Profile:

1. 5+ years previous RFP writing experience
2. Excellent organisational skills
3. Experience reporting into senior stakeholders
4. A proactive and hardworking attitude with a passion for producing quality work
5. Competent in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg and RFP software
