Job description

Our client is a global investment management house that has a leading stance on ESG and Sustainability. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an experienced RFP Manager to join their thriving team on a permanent basis.

The RFP Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

1. Develop and write Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) for potential and existing clients within the Equities space.
2. Focus on the functional aspects of RFP management.
3. Provide correct and detailed DDQs linked to advisor and client requests.
4. Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure efficient feedback.
5. Carry out ad hoc projects as requested.

The RFP Manager will meet the following skillset:

1. Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an RFP role within the asset management sector.
2. Excellent written and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collectively within a team as well as independently, to reach targets and deadlines.
4. Knowledge of RFP databases and competent computer skills.
5. Ability to develop effective practices and procedures.
