RFP & Due Diligence Specialist

THE ROLE

We are looking for an RFP & Due Diligence Specialist to join our Marketing & Client Services team to support the due diligence process and increasing volume of RFIs. This London-based role is available immediately and will be critical in maintaining the quality, efficiency, and consistency of our RFP and DDQ responses, ensuring we remain competitive in a fast-moving market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, update, and maintain standardized DDQs to ensure consistency across client requests.
• Prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, ensuring high-quality and timely responses.
• Establish and oversee an RFP repository, streamlining access to commonly used materials.
• Manage and maintain consultant databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate firm information.
• Work closely with sales, investment, and compliance teams to gather necessary content and insights.
• Continuously improve and refine response materials, enhancing clarity, relevance, and impact.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a strong command of tone, clarity, and grammar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in RFP writing, due diligence, or client service within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with RFP management tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple requests.
• The right to work in the UK.
