Morgan McKinley are working with a leading global investment firm to find an experienced RFP Assistant Manager to join their high-performing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in producing compelling proposal content that wins business across UK and EMEA institutional channels.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of delivering best-in-class responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant questionnaires. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that involves working closely with sales, product, and investment teams to craft responses that highlight the firm’s strengths and differentiate it in a highly competitive market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end RFP process across key institutional and intermediary channels
• Writing and editing content to clearly articulate investment capabilities and competitive edge
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and ensure accuracy
• Managing deadlines and prioritising requests in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Upholding compliance and regulatory standards across all proposal outputs

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years' RFP experience in asset management
