  • Responsible for co-ordinating and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and Surveys across all Pantheon products and strategies in a timely manner.

  • Build and maintain key sources of data for inclusion in RFP responses on a quarterly basis.
  • Organise, maintain and improve the RFP database (Qvidian).
  • Ensure robust sign-off and Compliance procedures are adhered to.
  • Effective communication and meetings with all stakeholders.
Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Strong written and spoken English is essential.
  • Robust organisational and project management skills are essential, as well attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
  • Confident disposition to work independently and comfortably with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience of working with Qvidian is desired, but not essential.
  • Preferably educated to degree level in one of the following subjects: Humanities, Languages, Maths, Science, Engineering or Economics.
  • Excellent writing, numeracy, and analysis skills.
  • Responsive and proactive, organised, and able to work to required deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-driven approach to completing tasks.
