A leading facilities management company is looking for a Cleaner at Marvell College, working 20 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all work surfaces and floors daily.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop general flooring throughout the site.
• Carry out planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
• Report all accidents and incidents.

What you’ll do

• Cleaning and disinfect every day all work surfaces and floors and paintwork in the designated areas
• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping general flooring throughout the site
• Carrying out planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and to equipment located throughout the site
• Ensuring that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures
• Reporting all accidents and incidents as appropriate

About you

• General experience of cleaning
• Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly
• Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
• Awareness of COSHH regulations
• Takes initiative and works reliably

The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check before starting in the job.
