Job summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts is seeking an RFC Logistics Manager in the UK to champion best-in-class logistics and drive continuous improvement in our Rapid Fulfilment Centre (RFC). You will report to the Divisional Logistics Manager and shape performance standards aligned with the business plan to deliver on our customer promise.

Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Drive a safety culture within the RFC and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
Create a customer-focused mindset and ensure customer-centricity.
Achieve operational excellence by meeting service levels and standards.
Develop and maintain documented RFC processes and lead team briefings for improvement.
Plan RFC operations to optimise cost and efficiency.
Oversee inventory processes and mitigate discrepancies.
Ensure RFC adherence to transport legislation and vehicle procedures.
Plan routes to achieve timely and complete deliveries.
Lead root cause analysis and implement improvement initiatives.
Suggest and deliver new RFC initiatives, such as WMS and KPI dashboards.
