Job summary

ETL Systems, based in Hereford, is seeking a Production Technologist to contribute to the manufacture of high‑performance RF products across Assembly, SMT and testing. You will build a wide range of compact and complex RF assemblies, following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.

This hands‑on role requires precision and a commitment to quality. Working patterns are Monday to Friday, with 37.5 hours per week and overtime at peak times paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics is desirable, though not essential.
• BPSS compliant is required for all roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assemble RF components following detailed instructions and drawings.
• Perform precise functional testing of RF components using specialised equipment.
• Inspect, verify, and address defects to maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate production and test documentation for traceability.
