Sepura Ltd in Cambridge is seeking an RF Engineer to join our product-focused team. You will develop RF systems for TETRA/LTE/5G and support design verification, testing, and integration with digital, audio and UI subsystems.
The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Electronics and hands-on RF design experience up to 6 GHz, plus familiarity with ADS/CST and PCB layout supervision. Some travel and a valid driving license may be required.
Sepura develops Mission Critical TETRA/LTE radios (sub 6GHz)/Cellular/BT/WiFi/GNSS/NFC).

This role may require some travel, so the successful candidate will need a full, clean driving license and their own car and be able to travel overseas. Travel expenses will be covered.
As an RF Engineer you will be expected to be able to verify designs, identify product issues and resolve complex engineering challenges with proactive presentation of solutions. In addition, you will be involved in component selection and designs with support from senior engineers as required.
