Job Description:

ROLE: RF Design Engineer (Receiver Integration)
LOCATION: Cambridge
DURATION: Permanent

Imagine mobile devices with smaller, simpler RF Front Ends and superior performance. That's what we're bringing to life with our cutting-edge technology. As a pioneering startup, we're crafting next-generation RF solutions for wearables and mobiles, poised to change the game in connected devices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strengthen our hardware development team and take responsibility for the proper integration of LNA’s, RF couplers and RF switches on our Multi chip Module.
  2. Conduct RF circuit design, run high level and detailed simulations, and use 3D simulation tools for the simulation of layouts.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with our cross-functional team members from product conception to developing high volume multi-chip modules.
  4. Work with internal and external IC design teams who design integrated digital tunable capacitors, Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, RF switches, etc.
  5. Analyse and integrate the LNA, RF couplers, and RF switch design blocks on our multi-chip modules ensuring low loss, high performance implementations.
  6. Optimize layouts, and integrated passives.
  7. Work in a fast-paced highly innovative start/scale up environment.
  8. Communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently.
  9. Document your results and other work and share with your team members.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Requirements:
  1. Experience working with internal and external IC design teams who design integrated digital tunable capacitors, Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, RF switches, etc.
  2. Ability to analyse and integrate the LNA, RF couplers, and RF switch design blocks on our multi-chip modules ensuring low loss, high performance implementations.
  3. Experience optimizing layouts, and integrated passives.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced highly innovative start/scale up environment.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Experience documenting results and sharing work with team members.
