RF Design Engineer – Salary and package negotiable with end-to-end product lifecycle autonomy. Relocation package, company car, company pension, benefits, discretionary bonus. Office based and commutable from Ross-On-Wye, Hereford, Ledbury, Newent, Cinderford, Monmouth and surrounding areas.

Are you a Senior RF Design Engineer, Microwave Design Engineer, RF/Microwave/Subsystem Specialist or an RF R&D Engineer looking for a dynamic and technically diverse position? This role offers the chance to have technical control over RF-based projects and new and existing product development within an innovative global market-leading business.

This autonomous role positions you as the technical expert in end-to-end development projects for state-of-the-art electronic RF, Microwave and subsystem products. The company has a drive for technical excellence, quality, and a strong reputation for product quality and working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of RF, Amplifier, and Subsystem electronic products.
• Own full lifecycle end-to-end projects and guide other engineers from concept to production.
• Provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

• RF Design Engineer (Full Lifecycle/ Amplifiers)
• Design, development, evaluation and testing of a range of technical electronic products
• Lead new product development projects from conception to production

Qualifications
