Job summary
Recruit Mint Ltd. is seeking a Systems Engineer to work on highly complex communications and network-based technology used in mission-critical environments worldwide.
The role focuses on RF and integrated systems, aiming for reliability, performance, and technical quality across the full product lifecycle. The successful candidate will contribute to design, development and verification of advanced communications solutions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support global aviation
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.
- Strong background in RF or radio communications technologies.
- Good understanding of IP networking and VoIP.
- Experience across full product lifecycle and verification activities.
- Ability to translate requirements into system-level use cases and designs.
- Experience producing technical system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full product development lifecycle from requirements capture to verification and delivery.
- Define and document system level requirements and functional specifications.
- Break down customer and technical requirements into detailed use cases.
- Support system architecture development for RF and communications-based products.
- Conduct technical design reviews and provide engineering input.
- Work on integrated system solutions involving radio, IP networking, and VoIP.
