Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking an experienced PCB Rework Technician to join a small manufacturing team in Cambridge. You will rework, repair and modify PCB assemblies, handling SMD, PTH and BGA components using specialist soldering, rework and inspection equipment to maintain high quality standards.

Key duties include supporting quality inspections, resolving manufacturing issues and maintaining strict safety and ESD controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB assembly, soldering and rework is essential.
• Experience with SMD, PTH and BGA components.
• J-STD certification is desirable.
