Location: Grimsby

Hours: Night shift - 10pm-6am

Salary: Dependent On Experience

Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays

About my Client:

My client offers end to end solutions for primary and secondary packaging needs. They're experts within the Labels & Packaging market, having over 2 decades of knowledge & experience covering a wide variety of sectors. Now looking to expand their team they're searching for a Finishing Operator to work at their Grimsby site.

Key responsibilities of a Finishing Operator:

The successful candidate will be offered a full training plan that allows for clear progression within the company. The responsibility of a Finishing Operator includes:

• Learning to operate manufacturing machinery.
• Working to schedules, ensuring that set times/ run times are adhered to & equipment is prepared for the next job.
• Ensuring that the product you produce meets our high-quality standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety, hygiene, good housekeeping, and basic maintenance on machinery & equipment.
• Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines within the Finishing Department are followed.
• To ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are always followed, including compliance with BRC criteria.

Key skills needed for a Finishing Operator:

• Ability to use Bar Graphic Rewind machinery or similar

Will consider any Machinery experience and Train In House

• Good communication & strong organisational skills
• GSCE in Maths and English - C and above
• A desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Works well under pressure
