Who you are:

You have a solid understanding of the reward and benefit function and employee benefits. You are comfortable manipulating and presenting data accurately, able to present back findings and highlighting inaccuracies. You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy building relationships internally and externally. You have excellent attention to detail, enjoy resolving queries and improving existing processes. You are comfortable managing a project end-to-end and can effectively prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Primary objective of the job:

This is a 12 month FTC position to start in August. As Rewards and Benefit Analyst, you will take responsibility for the delivery of the monthly and annual reward and benefit processes for UK & International colleagues. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure all cyclical reward and benefits activity is delivered to a high standard, as well as coordinating with external benefits and systems providers. You will report directly to the Head of People who will help take a lead on strategy for Rewards & Benefits and will support you in some of the more complex decision making and tasks.

What you'll be doing:

Compensation

  • Salary benchmarking - delivering insightful guidance and data to key stakeholders of job evaluation and market benchmarking. Undertaking annual review of salary benchmarks and pay bandings and liaising with our Salary Survey provider Willis Towers Watson.
  • Annual pay review - planning and governance of the end-to-end process including data cleansing, collation and validation; as well as ownership of all communication materials. Supporting with pay budget recommendations and the preparation for Remuneration Committee (REMCO).
  • National Living Wage - working closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure that pay level, benefits and other work activities are fully compliant with our obligations under National Living Wage
  • Contribute to the development of new reward and benefit policies and solutions in line with the People Strategy and in conjunction with the Head of People and wider People Team.
Benefits

  • Responsible for all day-to-day benefit processes and queries; including maintenance and updating of the Benefits platform, communications and administration.
  • Day-to-day management of the benefits provider, and partnering with them to identify and address opportunities and risks with the benefits offer.
  • Managing annual benefit renewals including life assurance, private medical and other medical benefits with the support of third-party providers.
  • Managing the annual benefit selection process, including user testing and communication to colleagues.
  • Working with the internal Payroll team to monitor benefits take up, deductions and provider invoicing.
  • Work with external pension consultant and payroll to support pension administration, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.
  • A solid understanding of pension schemes is essential to effectively respond to day to day staff enquiries.
  • Working with the Head of People to identify and address opportunities and risks with the benefits offering, in line with the People Strategy. Facilitating the introduction of new benefits, perks and incentives as required.
People Analytics

  • Responsible for annual reporting requirements and analysis of Gender Pay and Equal Pay.
  • Responsible for ongoing employment analytics through the interpretation of HR Payroll data. Undertaking ad hoc analytics for the wider People Team as required.
Executive Pay

  • Work with the Head of People on proposing and setting Executive level pay, rewards and benefits.
  • Manage input and payroll actions for confidential pay groups (i.e Board, Executive & HR teams).
What you'll need:

  • Experience in different areas of Compensation and Benefits
  • Proven ability to manage monthly and annual processes and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, confidentiality and with high levels of accuracy.
  • Be a self-starter, able to work independently, set own deadlines.
