Description: We are seeking an experienced Reward & Recognition Specialist to lead the development and implementation of an innovative total reward strategy at the Francis Crick Institute. This role involves collaborating with the Head of Reward & Benefits to align reward frameworks with strategic objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and attracting and retaining top talent. Responsibilities include designing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, conducting market analyses, ensuring legislative compliance, and developing data analytics for program effectiveness.
