Pro-Tax Recruitment are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding advisory Tax Team, who are now seeking a Reward & Share Schemes Manager to join their Birmingham team with freedom to go into the office as little as one day a week.
Working with an elite and interesting portfolio of clients, you will be advising on all employee remuneration, incentives, and reward plans.
The Reward and Share Schemes Manager will be technically confident advising across key areas of employee share schemes including EMI, employer shareholder status, growth shares, and entrepreneurial relief. You will work on a number of new client projects and will be eager to partake in active business development duties.
