Do you want to shape this prestigious financial services firm's Reward strategy and offering, where you’ll design and implement competitive compensation and reward strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent? Collaborating with HR, finance, and senior leadership, you’ll shape policies that align with business goals while ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute reward strategies, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
  2. Lead annual compensation planning, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.
  3. Advise HR and leadership on reward-related matters, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  4. Manage variable pay programs, such as bonuses and incentives.
  5. Monitor market trends, regulations, and best practices to keep programs competitive.
  6. Oversee data integrity within HRIS and provide insights through compensation analysis.
  7. Drive communication and education around total reward offerings.
  8. Lead special projects, such as organisational restructures and job grading initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience in reward management, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
  2. Strong knowledge of compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
  3. Expertise in designing and managing compensation programs, including incentives.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel.
  5. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership abilities.
  6. High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
