A leading building society seeks a Reward Senior Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a key part in delivering data-led insights that influence employee rewards, offering the chance to work in a dynamic team and contribute to innovative reward strategies.
Hours:
12 month fixed term contract. 35 hours per week. Hybrid working, however an expectation of once a month on site at our Head Office in Skipton for key project activity.
Salary:
£60,000 Per Annum

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Reward Senior Data Analyst to join our People Team on a fixed-term basis.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering data-led insights and recommendations that influence how we reward and recognise our people. From supporting salary reviews and bench-marking activities to optimising our benefits data and systems, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a purpose-led organisation.
The core role of our Reward & Governance team, is to deliver a reward strategy that will attract, retain, and recognise our colleagues. We're currently working on several innovative projects to develop and future-focus reward at Skipton - so now is an exciting time to join our team and really be part of something!

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Reward Senior Data Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team consisting of specialists in compensation, benefits, pensions, governance, and regulatory reward.
Working across the full range of Reward and Governance accountabilities, you will work closely with the wider People team as well as leaders across the entire organisation.
