A global consultancy firm in Leeds seeks a Reward Project Lead to spearhead reward projects from start to finish. You will ensure compliance with compensation regulations and foster stakeholder engagement across multiple countries. Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits and hold a relevant degree. This role promotes a flexible work environment and values diversity and inclusion.
This role will lead and manage reward projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits (Reward), and will manage stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure seamless implementation.
