Job description
Overview

This role will lead and manage reward projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise on key Reward processes, including Compensation Planning.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with HR technology teams to integrate reward frameworks into HR systems.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations and best practices.
  • Drive employee communication strategies, ensuring transparency and understanding of job architecture changes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits (Reward), and will manage stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Transformation, or Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Job Architecture frameworks, salary structures, and compensation planning.
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in multinational organisations with complex job structures with the ability to navigate cultural differences highly preferred
