  • Own all pension‑related activity within the benefits portal, provider relationships, bi‑weekly account meetings with benefits platform provider, and annual renewal activity.
  • Manage day‑to‑day pension operations, partnering with key stakeholders including brokers, pension administrators, and the Global Benefits Operations teams, and handling member queries and escalations.
  • Prepare and maintain governance documentation, reporting, and operational trackers across DC pensions and wider UK & Europe benefits as appropriate.
  • Provide operational support across UK & Europe benefits programmes, including health, protection, and wellbeing, as directed by the Benefits and Pensions Manager.
  • Own financial wellbeing activity, the financial education calendar, communications, and provider events, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Manage life assurance schemes and death‑in‑service claims, acting as an SME on pension and life assurance interactions, and oversee the Bonus Waiver process.
  • Support pensions, benefits, and Financial Wellbeing communications and engagement, ensuring alignment with wider benefits communication timelines.
About You
  • You have a solid grasp of how Defined Contribution pensions work including auto‑enrolment rules and contribution structures, default funds and basic investment choices, retirement options, and governance framework.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits portal is desirable but not essential.
