Job Description:

My client has recently undergone an exciting period of transformation. As they move towards a new operating model, they are streamlining their processes and aligning their delivery on a global scale, to ensure that they provide an excellent experience to all members of the community in line with their values.

The Reward Partner reports to the Global Reward Director and sits within the Reward COE.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert reward advice and guidance as well as shaping, delivering and monitoring reward solutions and activity.
This role works closely with global and regional people-team colleagues and the business leaders offering strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities:

* As a member of the Reward leadership team, work alongside the Global Reward
Director to operationalise and further develop the Global Reward Strategy.
* Maintain a deep understanding of region business plans, priorities and challenges, in
addition to external market practise, developments and legal landscape.
* Collaborate to design and develop frameworks and solutions as required to deliver the
reward strategy, ensuring these meet the ambition for a global approach whilst having
relevance in the local markets and cultures.
* Manage the change, implementation and ensure the ongoing effectiveness of all
reward frameworks and policies within the region.
* Ensure operationally effective delivery of all reward cyclical activity for the region.
* Work closely with the respective region people leadership team, to scope and
understand business issues; delivering market insights and developing solutions that
are aligned to the Global Reward strategy and the consistent application of reward
principles.
* Advise on individual cases at a senior leadership level; new joiners, internal and
international mobility, ensuring effective collaboration between regions and CoEs and
alignment to governance frameworks.
* Increase member understanding and engagement with reward working closely with
* Coach and mentor the reward and benefits delivery specialists and contribute to the
development of a highly effective Reward CoE.
