A leading creative agency is looking for a UK Reward & Mobility Manager to join its People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the organisation’s reward and mobility strategy, working closely with key internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally respected brand and support the development of policies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and ongoing management of global job architecture in the UK
  • Facilitate cross-market and remote mobility requests
  • Oversee compensation benchmarking and develop salary ranges
  • Lead the salary and bonus review processes and present proposals to executive leadership
  • Manage UK benefits administration and employee communications
  • Partner with recruitment to align job levelling and pay strategy
  • Maintain executive compensation data not captured in Workday
  • Lead pay gap reporting and ensure compliance with UK governance standards
  • Contribute to global reward and mobility initiatives and local recognition schemes

Requirements:

  • Experience in UK reward and mobility with a strong understanding of employment and pay frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience with benchmarking, market pricing, and job levelling
  • Ability to analyse data and communicate complex insights simply
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills (Power BI experience a plus)
  • Experience with salary and bonus reviews, pay gap reporting, and stakeholder presentation
  • Familiarity with Workday is beneficial
