The Role

  • Work closely with colleagues in the People and Culture team to support the development of competitive and varied reward strategies

  • Recognise the hard work of our employees and support our ambitions to attract brilliant talent

  • Involved in discussions with senior leadership relating to our evolving reward and benefits strategy

  • Participate in new initiatives developed within the team

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing a broad range of benefits

  • Ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design to implementation

  • Proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes

  • Confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas to senior leaders

  • Experience with Workday is advantageous

  • Familiarity with Flexible Benefit systems, particularly Darwin, is desirable
