Job description

We are seeking an experienced Reward Consultant/Advisor.

The role involves leading and delivering bespoke job evaluation and salary benchmarking projects across a range of industries and organisation sizes. You will engage directly with clients, conducting desktop research, facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders and boards.

In addition to project work, you will be delivering job evaluation training sessions and webinars and providing expert reward advice. You will also play a role in enhancing our salary database. This is a dynamic role suited to an individual with strong analytical, communication, and consultancy skills.

Proven experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking within the UK is essential, as is;

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and webinars confidently.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a consultancy mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of UK pay structures, reward strategies, and employment legislation.
