Are you an experienced reward professional with a passion for influencing strategy and delivering meaningful change? A progressive organisation undergoing significant transformation is seeking a Reward Business Partner to join its People and Culture function.

About the Role


You'll be part of a central HR team driving forward a refreshed approach to pay, benefits, wellbeing, and data-led decision-making. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate across departments to shape fair, effective, and future-ready reward practices.

This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone confident in using data, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering both cyclical and project-based reward initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of annual compensation cycles
  • Provide specialist advice on pay frameworks, job evaluation, and recognition
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking to support reward strategy
  • Manage benefit plans, renewals, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure reward approaches support fairness, inclusion, and long-term value

You'll Bring

  • Experience in a reward specialist or reward-focused generalist HR role
  • Strong data analysis, Excel, and HR systems skills
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies such as Hay and/or HERA
  • Clear, confident communication style with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in complex, regulated, or unionised settings is a plus
