My client are looking for a Reward and Payroll Advisor to join their team. There is a real opportunity for growth in this role.

Contract & Benefits Summary
* Location: London – – minimum 40% office-based (Central London)
* Salary: £38,000-£45,000
* Bonus: Up to 7.5% potential
* Pension: 5% employer / 4% employee contribution
* Life Assurance: Included
* Income Protection: 75% cover after 26 weeks

What they are looking for:

* Experience working in payroll, benefits, and/or reward functions (ideally in a mid-to-large organisation) – Payroll experience is essential.
* Strong data and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Familiarity with outsourced payroll and benefits providers
* Comfortable working with systems such as Cascade (or similar HRIS)
* Confident using Excel for data handling, benchmarking, or modelling
* Understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting (you’ll support the process – not lead it)
* Proactive, collaborative approach – able to work independently and within a busy team
* Previous experience in professional services or the legal sector is highly desirable
