We are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join the HR team. The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Director, Head of Reward, in all aspects of the Reward function to ensure that OXB has a clear, equitable Reward offering across all global locations, aligned with our company values.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Serving as the key point of contact for all reward queries from employees, managers, and People Team colleagues, escalating to the Senior Director of Reward as needed.
  • Supporting the Reward Strategy by assisting the Senior Director Reward & Chief People Officer with communication, implementation, and embedding across the organization. Supporting the development of reward infrastructure, including pay ranges, bonus structures, sales incentives, and equity awards, along with training and communication.
  • Driving the annual compensation cycle, including planning and execution of the annual review process, cost modeling related to reward activities, and salary benchmarking.
  • Managing employee benefits by collaborating with international brokers, payroll providers, and local HR teams to handle benefit renewals, changes, and communication, ensuring all reward communication materials are maintained and updated.
  • Overseeing company share plan administration, including updating the Link Group, preparing modeling for share grants, and handling routine employee queries.
  • Preparing UK Gender & Pay submissions by partnering with HR Operations and payroll teams, collaborating with external providers, and ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
  • Handling salary survey submissions, reviewing salary ranges, and ensuring the Compensation Module within SuccessFactors is operational for the pay review process.
  • Providing salary benchmarking services and ad hoc reporting and analysis to support reward decision-making.

We are looking for:

  • A degree, ideally with a CIPD or World at Work Certification in Compensation.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in a broad reward role, with understanding of employee benefits, pensions, health insurance, and disability insurance.
  • Experience with share administration.
  • A passion for data analysis and modeling, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Supplier management experience is preferred.
