Reward Analyst

  • Office location: Central London
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward analyst to join a fast-paced and exciting company in the media sector. The role will report to the Head of Reward and play a key role in the shaping of reward strategy, improvement of processes, and efficient day-to-day running of the function.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Play a key role in the implementation of Reward strategy and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Support the annual delivery of salary and bonus review.
  • Own core reward activities such as benchmarking, job evaluation, salary modelling, and survey submissions.
  • Produce gender pay gap and other ad hoc reports.
  • Build relationships with vendors and administer employee benefits.
  • Provide guidance on reward matters to the wider people team and business.
  • Become a HR System superuser, supporting the upkeep of data and ensuring it is accurate, highlighting opportunities for improvement and maintenance of data integrity.
  • Work closely with the wider people and Payroll team, looking at areas for improvement in processes.

Experience required to be successful in this role:

  • Strong experience in a reward role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working through a minimum of 2 annual salary review cycles end to end.
  • Experience administering benefits and managing supplier relationships.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel. Exceptional analytical and modelling skills.
