Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join the HR team. The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Director, Head of Reward in all aspects of the Reward function to ensure that OXB has a clear, equitable Reward offering across all global locations, aligned with our company values.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as the key contact for all reward queries from employees, managers, and People Team colleagues, escalating to the Senior Director of Reward as needed.
  2. Supporting Reward strategy by assisting with communication, implementation, and embedding of initiatives across the organization, and helping build the Reward infrastructure, including pay ranges, bonus structures, sales incentives, and equity awards, along with training and communication support.
  3. Driving the annual compensation cycle, including planning and executing the review process, cost-modelling related to Reward activities, and salary benchmarking.
  4. Managing employee benefits by collaborating with brokers and HR teams to handle benefit renewals, communicating changes, and maintaining reward communication materials.
  5. Supporting company share plan administration, including updating participants, modeling grants, and handling employee queries.
  6. Preparing UK Gender & Pay submissions in partnership with HR and external providers, and ensuring timely submission via the UK Government portal.
  7. Handling salary survey submissions, reviewing salary ranges, and ensuring the Compensation Module in SuccessFactors is operational.
  8. Providing salary benchmarking and analysis, reward planning, and cost modelling for reward offerings, including share plans, bonuses, and sales incentives.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A degree, ideally with a CIPD or World at Work certification.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in a broad Reward role, with knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, and insurance.
  • Experience with share administration.
  • A passion for data analysis and modelling, with the ability to interpret and tell stories through data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ideally, supplier management experience.
