Do you enjoy transforming complex workforce data into meaningful insights that support organisational decision-making?

Does the idea of joining a forward-thinking HR team at the heart of one of London's most ambitious councils excite you?

If yes, we have the perfect role for you!

Our HR Policy and Projects Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Reward Analyst to join our team and help drive our pay, reward and job evaluation agenda.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Reward Analyst, you will provide professional expertise across job evaluation, pay and reward, workforce analytics and organisational change projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that our pay and reward practices remain fair, transparent and evidence-based.

You’ll manage and support the Council’s job evaluation process, provide expert advice to managers and HR colleagues, analyse workforce and reward data, lead reward-related projects and contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you’ll help deliver insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a talented HR professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative approach and a passion for fair and equitable reward practices.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in job evaluation, reward analysis or a similar HR role where job evaluation has been a significant responsibility.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and an understanding of pay, reward, equal pay and pay gap reporting.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting workforce and HR data to produce meaningful insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience of managing projects and delivering work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at all levels.
  • A CIPD qualification, HR-related degree, professional training, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience within local government, the public sector or a similar complex organisation would be advantageous.

For detailed qualifications and requirements, please review the job description and person specification located at the bottom of the advert.
