Job summary

This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Reward to enhance the reward offering and manage day-to-day compensation and benefits activities. Qualifications

Reward Analyst

  • Up to £65,000
  • Office location: Central London
  • Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join an international Financial Services group. The role will be joining a growing team and supporting the Head of Reward to develop the reward offering, as well as delivering on BAU compensation & benefits activities.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Lead data gathering, modelling and analysis for annual pay and bonus review.
  • Support the design and implementation of bonus & incentive plans.
  • Provide benchmarking and analysis (WTW)
  • Work with the Head of Reward to build out compensation plans within the Workday HRIS.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries around reward and benefit matters.
  • Liaise with benefits providers, support renewals and administration of schemes.
  • Work on the implementation of any new reward and benefits initiatives.
  • Support the Reward harmonisation and integration of any new businesses resulting from acquisitions.
  • Working closely across the HR and Finance teams to plan, monitor and analyse the evolution of headcount and personnel costs (fixed and variable).

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Workday Compensation experience essential.
  • Exceptional excel modelling skills essential.
  • Experience working within a busy reward role (ideally within financial services)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and growing business.
  • Experience of M&A activity would be advantageous.
