Revive Collagen is hiring a Marketing & PR Assistant.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Marketing & PR Assistant to join our busy communications & marketing team and support the Global Communications Director and Marketing Manager to execute diverse marketing and communications initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be insights-driven and communicate industry knowledge to the wider business.
  • Ongoing event assistance and support for all brand events.
  • Assist the team in the creation of event activations from creative concept and ideation to production and execution including administration and logistics.
  • Build and maintain key media and influencer contacts, locking in media meets across influencers, print, digital and broadcast.
  • Increase and sustain levels of coverage - be proactive with all coverage generation with a focus on insights & trends and product placements.
  • Share PR wins and coverage to the wider teams.
  • Lead all press office and influencer seeding and gifting.
  • Organise and execute brand sampling.
  • Database management and implementation.
  • Develop, create and support on key pitching angles to generate coverage opportunities.
  • Lead all coverage monitoring and tracking ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Lead and track all stock maintenance and replenishment.
  • Aid in the development, implementation and logistics of all events and campaigns.
  • Ongoing competitor analysis and reporting to the brand team.
  • Coordinate domestic and international asset requests with various departmental needs i.e. sales, e-commerce, PR.
  • Support with raising POs, working in line with budgets.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and delivery of each campaign.
  • Support the Global Communications Director and Marketing Manager with photo shoots, ambassador management, influencer marketing.
  • Responsible for assisting in retailer plans.
  • Support all departments on asset creation and management.
  • Prepare all official documentation for signature and action to appropriate departments.
  • Set up and maintain office working procedures covering key areas of administration.
  • Ensure all company information and brand literature are always up-to-date and available.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous PR/marketing experience is desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in project management and event planning.
  • A passion for beauty, health, and wellbeing, staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Have proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Canva.
  • Strong health, beauty, and wellness relations (journalists and influencers).
  • Excellent writing, communication and verbal skills.
  • Creative and dynamic; an always-on attitude and unrivalled passion for the industry.
  • Knowledge of the UK media landscape; including print, digital, social and broadcast.
  • A “can-do” attitude and positive growth mindset; commitment to supporting colleagues, meeting deadlines and going the extra mile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid working rights for the UK.
