Are you a skilled Revit or BIM Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our dynamic Asset Information Team and play a crucial role in managing our extensive asset portfolio through cutting-edge Building Information Models!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Revit/BIM Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:

  • Creating and Editing Models: Use Revit to develop and refine our clients' modelled information.
  • Ensuring Accessibility: Make sure all new and modified information is transmitted to the appropriate Common Data Environment (CDE) and is easily accessible to end users.
  • Surveying and Validation: Conduct surveys as needed to validate existing or newly acquired information.
  • Adhering to Standards: Create content that meets our company's high standards.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment.
  • Knowledge of the ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices.
  • Skills in Navisworks clash detection and model coordination.
  • Expertise in drawing/document management control.
  • Familiarity with COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering (MEP).
