• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience as a Revit Technician or similar.
• Experience working on commercial and/or residential developments.
• BIM Level 2 project experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D Revit models.
• Assist with BIM coordination and maintain drawing/model standards.
• Collaborate with external consultants for design alignment.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D Revit models to support architects, engineers, and contractors
• Work closely with design teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free outputs
• Assist with BIM coordination and maintain drawing/model standards across projects
• Collaborate with external consultants and project stakeholders to align design deliverables
• Participate in design team meetings, inputting technical solutions and updates
• Support project documentation, drawings and schedules in line with client and industry standards
• Apply knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction methodology in all detailing
• Maintain an organised drawing database and contribute to quality control processes

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience as a Revit Technician or similar
• Proven experience working on commercial and/or residential developments
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• BIM Level 2 project experience desirable
