We have a brand-new opportunity for a Revit Technician to join our MEP division based in our Leeds office, as part of our successful national MEP team.

It's an exciting time to join our MEP team! We have a proven track record working within the North of England, with offices in Leeds, Manchester, and more recently Scotland. Working collaboratively with our North division, you will be joining a fun, highly engaged team who love what they do. Our team has a wealth of experience and will offer support, development opportunities, and expert advice.

Your role will include:

• Production of 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Engaging with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the development of the group as a whole.
• Supporting the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and the national team, and educating new starters and graduates in the use of Revit.

Our MEP team specializes in energy, sustainability, and engineering design. We bring buildings to life and create award-winning, high-performance environments that enhance the built environment – working across sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, manufacturing, logistics, heritage, and residential.

• Building performance optimization
• Carbon verification and validation strategies
• Daylight and sunlight studies

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Passion for digital engineering, building information modeling, and innovation.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and their routing and coordination.
• The ideal candidate will have a BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or a relevant engineering discipline, but we will consider candidates without this qualification if they have significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
