Overview

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join a leading structural engineering company, in a permanent position. Within this role, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client's London office, 3 days a week, in which you will be responsible for the creation of Revit drawings for a variety of refurbishment projects, as an active member of a skilled and experience team.

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). Benefits include company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed Revit models and drawings for a variety of residential scheme projects, and the occasional basement refurbishment.
  • Work alongside engineers and designers to ensure drawings are accurate, high-quality, and compliant with project standards, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Maintain Revit families and project designs and templates, ensuring they remain in compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in clash detection and coordination using tools like Navisworks.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Civil Engineers, and other disciplines.
What we are looking for
  • Extensive experience within this role, at a senior level with 5+ years of experience, and proficient understanding of Revit.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • Prior experience working on refurbishment projects.
  • Solid understanding of BIM is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to meet limited deadline, manage on-going tasks concurrently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards.
