Are you a Revit technician with a passion for offsite construction?

We are working with an exciting design consultancy, who are seeking a passionate Revit technician who will be working closely with clients and other designers to provide solutions across the offsite construction sector.

As a Revit Technician you will:

  • Create detailed designs and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Produce high-quality, coordinated models and design documents.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, CDM, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver efficient, sustainable designs.
  • Prepare, submit and co-ordinate Building Control applications and the subsequent discharge of any conditions.
  • Stay updated on MMC and off-site construction techniques.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Architectural/Engineering/Environmental Design or equivalent.
  • Experience in Revit BIM Level 2, DfMA, and MMC.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BIM procedures.
  • Ambitious, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work.
