Position

Skills & Knowledge

A proven track record of producing quality models and accurate drawings using design software.
Aware of current technology, industry best practice, be inventive and innovative in ways to improve quality and reduce costs.
Relevant technical knowledge and understanding of buildings, structures, and pipework.
Ability to incorporate health and safety practice in design.
Able to manage a challenging workload and work to tight schedules.
Willingness to learn and receive training.
A positive, proactive and personable nature to blend in with the existing team of talented engineers.

Key Accountabilities

Preparation of new drawing layouts, conceptual design, and detailed design drawings. This will include Gas, plans, cross sections, details, 3D models etc.
Work independently without needing significant help from others.
Assume ownership of work and be responsible for project deliverables
Participate in team effort to effectively deliver project.
Management of all work in compliance with Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS).

Requirements

Relevant industry experience and competency in the use of REVIT for buildings design engineering projects, with significant pipework detailing experience
Relevant Water and Infrastructure industry experience and competency in the use of 2D / 3D AutoCAD
Experience with an R.C. detailing package (Multi-RC, CADS RC or equivalent) is desirable.
Experience of UK water assets and standard details or equivalent is desirable
