Qualifications

• Expérience comme coordinateur Revit MEP dans un cadre d'entreprise M&E.
• Compétent dans l'utilisation de Revit MEP pour la coordination des systèmes mécaniques et électriques.
• Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

I am representing a leading M&E subcontractor based in the City of London!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the BIM Manager to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within BIM projects.
• Oversee and coordinate the use of Revit MEP software for design, analysis, and documentation.
• Stage 5 coordination on Office fit out projects.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM models for MEP systems.
• Actively participate in coordination meetings to ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator within an M&E subcontractor setting.
• Proficient in using Revit MEP software for the coordination of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Stage 5 coordination on all services experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
