Job Opportunity: Revit Coordinator

We are a privately owned, award-winning building services consultancy established in 1987 and located in Camden, London. With steady growth and a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers, we are seeking an experienced Revit Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models using REVIT MEP for all stages of design and project delivery in mechanical, public health, and electrical disciplines.
• Implement 3D coordination and develop BIM usage within the company.
• Create complex 3D building systems and geometries based on engineers' mark-ups and sketches.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience with REVIT in residential building projects.
• Ability to produce MEP drawings from sketches with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Building Design Suite, including Revit.
• Strong knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT and AutoCAD 2D.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
