Revit / BIM Technician

An established and respected building services provider is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Revit / BIM Technician to join its Projects Team.

The Role
Based in either Cambridge, Northampton or Norwich, the successful candidate will support project teams with ISO 19650 compliance, MEPH design processes, BIM clash detection, BIM site verification, COBie management and electronic document control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop 3D models using various BIM and CAD software.

  • Assist engineers and construction professionals in the design of buildings and infrastructure.

  • Convert 2D drawings and plans into detailed 3D models.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy.

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with design standards, building codes and specifications.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Produce high-quality digital presentations for clients and stakeholders.
